Implementation of a state/province-wide outreach campaign

Michigan uses Clean, Drain, Dry messaging, Stop Aquatic Hitchhikers!, as well as Clean Boats, Clean Waters
Consistency of messaging with best management practices

A variety of materials are used in MI with this messaging including boating access site signage, rack cards, key floats, towels, etc.
